- Cover regional Indian cuisines, traditional techniques, and contemporary practices. N
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and student mentoring. N
- Contribute to curriculum development, research, workshops, and industry engagement. N

- Master's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field. N
- Relevant culinary industry and/or teaching experience preferred. N
- Strong expertise in Indian cuisine and qualified kitchen practices. N
