NExperience Required: 15 to 18 years of exp well-versed in both Mainline and Digital creative domains, with the ability to work across integrated campaigns
NCampaign Experience
nMust have handled full-fledged ATL campaigns, big brand films, TV, Print, Digital, Social Media, Reels and Influencer/Videography campaigns
NProduction Experience
nPhotography / Shoots, Production and Production Supervision experience preferred
NKey Competencies
nArticulate and confident communication, robust people management, ability to present campaigns, well-rounded personality, strong leadership skills and pedigree in Art
NAdditional Requirements
NStrong brand experience across multiple categories, strategic & conceptual thinking, hands-on creative leadership and ability to lead large-scale campaigns from concept to execution.
NMust have won awards.
nTo lead the visual and aesthetic direction across brands. You will be responsible for driving
Nconcept development, leading creative teams, ensuring world-class execution, and working




Nclosely with internal andclient stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of design,
Nstorytelling, and cross-platform campaign thinking, with the ability to mentor and elevate the
Nwork of the entire art team.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Creative & Visual Leadership: Lead the visual language and art direction across
Nintegrated campaigns – from print and digital to film, AV, and experiential. Ensure all
Ncreative outputs maintaina high standard of craft and consistency.

- Conceptual Development: Partner with copywriters and strategists to generate bold,
Neffective ideas and campaign platforms that are rooted in insight and executed with
Nfinesse.

- ClientCollaboration: Present and articulate creative ideas to clients, offering a
Nstrategic rationale. Build trust through clear communication, creative passion, and a
Ncollaborative mindset.
