SonyLIV is seeking experienced Assistant Manager/Manager - Ad Sales (LCS West), Digital Business focused on Large Client Solutions (LCS). The primary role of the incumbent is partial top-line and bottom-line responsibility of Digital Business for the West India region.

POSITION SPECIFICATION
Education: MBA preferred
Experience: 5 - 10 years of total experience

Essential Expertise:
- Strong experience in Digital Advertising Sales / OTT / Media Sales, with a proven track record of delivering revenue targets.
- Candidates with strong TV Advertising Sales experience and an understanding of digital/OTT can also be considered.
- Solid exposure to Large Client Solutions, branded content, integrated digital solutions and consultative selling will be an advantage.

Desirable Experience:
- Strong understanding of the West India advertising market, including key advertisers, media agencies and agency networks.
- Well-networked with senior client and agency stakeholders across the West market.
- Proven ability to build new business,



grow existing accounts and drive large-scale revenue opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Ad Sales revenue for SonyLIV across the West market, with a strong focus on Large Client Solutions and strategic accounts.
- Identify, develop and convert high-value opportunities across key advertisers and agencies by understanding their business, marketing and communication objectives.
- Build customized, insight-led digital solutions leveraging SonyLIV's content, IPs, audience and digital ecosystem to address client objectives.
- Develop and sell integrated and innovative advertising solutions, including customized properties, branded content, sponsorships and other digital-led opportunities.
- Own and grow relationships with key advertisers and agencies, positioning SonyLIV as a strategic digital partner rather than only an advertising platform.
- Build, manage and scale a strong revenue pipeline, ensuring consistent monthly and quarterly deliver
