- Organize training programs on aptitude, technical skills, soft skills, and interview preparation. N
- Maintain and update student placement data and company records. N
- Arrange pre-placement talks, interviews, and selection processes. N
- Guide and counsel students on career options and job readiness. N
- Track placement statistics and prepare reports for management. N
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies during placement activities. N
