Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on an 8-month contractual assignment .

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across Finance Shared Services, HR, Operations, Customer Service, and other corporate/non-technical functions. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing and screening capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer closure and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and job specifications.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and assess candidates against role requirements and organizational fit.
- Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Handle offer discussions, compensation negotiations, counteroffers, and joining follow-ups.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on pipeline, interview progress, offers, and closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure timely updates in SuccessFactors ATS/HR systems.
- Support volume hiring, recruitment drives, walk-in drives, employee referral programs, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
