About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration, along with robust cloud-native and distributed systems architecture experience. You will define AI reference architectures, build scalable LLM-powered applications, architect real-time data and telemetry platforms, and establish governance, security, observability, and compliance standards. Working closely with business and engineering leaders, you will drive AI innovation, telecom network intelligence, autonomous operations, and production-ready AI transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:
- Design and develop AI applications using RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n,



vector embeddings, and vector databases.
- Design end-to-end AI platforms covering ingestion of telemetry, logs, KPIs, events and traces; model training pipelines; real-time inference; feedback loops; continuous learning; and AI governance.
- Architect distributed AI deployment models across central data centres, regional data centres, edge or cell sites, hybrid cloud, on-premises, and sovereign cloud environments.
- Define reusable LLM integration patterns, tool-use approaches, memory strategies, guardrails, evaluation methods, and observability standards.
- Design Kubernetes-based microservices and scalable AI runtime architectures.
- Architect streaming pipelines using Kafka, Pulsar, or equivalent platforms and integrate time-series databases.
