ROLE PURPOSE
The Co-founder and Chief Sales Officer will independently establish, manage and scale both the B2B and B2C businesses of 1Demy.
This is a hands-on revenue-generating role. The person must personally create opportunities, meet customers, issue approved proposals, negotiate, close business, support collections and build a productive sales team and partner network.
Performance will be measured primarily on profitable revenue collected by 1Demy—not merely on contacts, leads, meetings, proposals or verbal commitments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




- Independently generate B2B business from companies, institutions, universities, government organizations, training partners and qualified associations.
- Build relationships with CHROs, CIOs, CTOs, PMO heads, L&D; leaders, procurement teams, business heads and other decision-makers.
- Independently generate B2C enrolments for PMP, CPMAI, AI, project-management, leadership, mentoring and other approved programs.
- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiation, closure, invoicing follow-up and collection.
- Create repeat business through annual training calendars, consulting engagements, retainers, cross-selling and account expansion.
- Develop referral, alumni, webinar, community, affiliate, institutional and channel-partner networks.
- Recruit, guide and performance-manage the sales team within approved budgets.
