ExperiencenMinimum 1 year of experience in real estate tele-calling & sales.
nFreshers are not required.
Key Responsibilitiesn
- n
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their real estate requirements.n
- Explain residential and commercial real estate projects, offers and payment plans.n
- Generate, qualify and follow up with leads.n
- Schedule site visits for the sales team.n
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up regularly.n
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.n




- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit conversions.n

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate tele-calling & sales .n
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English .n
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.n
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.n
- Good understanding of real estate projects and customer requirements.n
- Ability to handle multiple leads and regular follow-ups.n
