We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of client projects, maintaining high-quality standards, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings strong account management and production experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a solutions-oriented approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the effective and efficient delivery of client deliverables within agreed timelines and quality standards.
* Identify and resolve issues as they arise, escalating to Senior Management where appropriate.
* Maintain explicit and effective communication with internal and external clients throughout project delivery.
* Create and manage projects in Manage Plus.
* Assign tasks to Developers, Artworkers, and QA teams.
* Route assets to clients for review and feedback.




* Maintain resource allocation trackers and ensure effective utilization of resources.
* Track manual metrics for jobs that are not managed through Manage Plus.
* Ensure all mandatory requirements and quality checks are completed before work leaves the studio.
* Ensure efficient time management across projects and deliverables.
* Ensure timesheets are completed accurately each week.
* Provide guidance and support to team members across different levels within the Print team.
* Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Artworkers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to project delivery.
* Work closely with regional and global teams to support a collaborative and creative working environment.
* Participate in product and process development initiatives with regional and global leads.
