Job Description
This is a full time on-site role for an Junior Interior Designer at Hightieds located in Ahmedabad. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating architecture and construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and coordination.

nInterior Designer Job Responsibilities:

- Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs.n
- Meets with clients to program the project requirements.n
- Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.n
- Creates design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.n
- Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests.n
- Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.n
- Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation.n




- Provides follow-up support with customers.n
- Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers.n

nInterior Designer Qualifications / Skills :

- Effective verbal and written communication skillsn
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self-startern
- Programming abilities to extract information and produce reportsn
- Knowledge of building and accessible codesn
- Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history to produce projectsn
- Knowledge of industry construction costs and material costsn
- Basic ability to prepare furniture cost estimatesn
- Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materialsn
