nRole Overview
n

nWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to
nlead revenue growth for the company an AI product company, across India and international
nmarkets. The ideal candidate will own go-to-market strategy, enterprise product sales, strategic
naccounts, partnerships, and revenue growth.
nThis is a senior leadership role requiring robust enterprise selling, strategic relationship management,
nmarket development, and commercial leadership. The role will work closely with executive leadership,
nproduct, AI/technology, and delivery teams to scale adoption of the Company AI products.

nKey Responsibilities
n

n Develop and execute the go-to-market and revenue strategy for AI products across India and
ninternational markets
n Drive end-to-end enterprise sales,



from opportunity identification and discovery through proposals,
nnegotiations, and closure
n Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across target industries and geographies
n Build and manage strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, business leaders, technology partners,
nand other senior stakeholders
n Develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel opportunities to expand market reach
n Own strategic account growth, including upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and expansion
nopportunities
n Build market-entry strategies for new industries, regions, and international markets
n Lead customer presentations, executive discussions, product demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses,
nand commercial negotiations
n Own sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, CRM discipline, and sales performance reporting
n Build, lead, coach, and scale the sales organization as the business grows
n Work closely with product and AI
