About the Role

MathCo is looking for a seasoned Lead Generation & GTM Leader to own and scale our emerging verticals outbound engine — generating qualified pipeline across both existing client accounts (mining) and net-new logos. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategic go-to-market thinking and hands-on execution.
You will build, manage, and mentor a team of lead generation and outbound specialists, deploying data-driven prospecting strategies, campaign frameworks, and partnership ecosystems to fuel MathCo's growth in analytics and AI services. You will work closely with delivery leaders, portfolio owners, and the broader GTM team to ensure the right accounts are prioritized, the right messages land, and the sales pipeline moves efficiently.

What You'll Own

Outbound Engine & Pipeline Generation
- Own the end-to-end outbound lead generation engine — from target account identification and lead database build to campaign activation, M1 meeting generation, and pipeline qualification.
- Drive a rigorous outreach cadence across digital, event,



and partner channels to generate M1 meetings at scale — with a clear conversion target from outreach to qualified meeting.
- Lead the mining motion for existing clients — identifying white space within current logos, mapping stakeholders, and coordinating with farming leaders to unlock new revenue streams.
- Build and maintain a structured new-logo pipeline across target verticals, ensuring consistent top-of-funnel activity and deal progression through M1 → M2 → M3.

Team Leadership & GTM Enablement
- Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team of lead generation specialists and outbound campaign managers — setting explicit KPIs, coaching on conversion, and building a culture of accountability.
- Collaborate with delivery and portfolio leaders to align outreach themes with MathCo's solutions, case studies, and points of view — ensuring campaigns are relevant and commercially sharp.
