The Role
We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to support and execute our paid social and paid search campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on experience who is ready to take ownership of campaign execution, sharpen their optimization instincts, and grow into a strategic media professional within a fast-moving agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Strategy Support
- Manage and execute paid media campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
- Support audience research and targeting to identify relevant market segments.
- Manage assigned monthly budgets, optimizing spend allocation to hit CPA/ROI targets.




- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure ad assets align with brand identity and campaign goals.

Optimization & Technical Execution
- Own full-cycle campaign management — setup, monitoring, and performance-based adjustments.
- Run A/B tests on creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
- Work with tracking tools including Google Tag Manager and Conversions API (training provided where needed).
- Monitor daily performance, flag anomalies, and recommend real-time optimizations.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Build clear, actionable reports using Looker Studio and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Analyze funnel performance and user behavior to surface useful insights.
- Present campaign updates and results to internal stakeholders with clarity.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media (agency or brand-side).
- Paid Social: Working experience with Meta Ads Manager;
exposure to LinkedIn orTikTok Ads is a plus
