Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – AIDC to lead regional sales operations, drive business growth and manage a high-performing AIDC sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for managing 5–10 AIDC Sales resources and driving collective regional sales revenue of ₹30 Crores+ annually. The role will involve strategic business development, key account management, sales planning, team leadership and achievement of regional revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5–10 AIDC Sales resources across the assigned region.
- Drive collective regional sales revenue of ₹30 Crores+ annually.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and business objectives.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor individual and team performance, and drive accountability.




- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, pharma, retail, FMCG and other relevant industries.
- Drive sales of Barcode, RFID, AIDC, Mobility and Auto-ID solutions.
- Manage and grow strategic and key customer accounts within the region.
- Support the team in complex sales opportunities, customer meetings, solution presentations and commercial negotiations.  Build strong relationships with CXOs, key decision-makers and enterprise customers.
- Review sales pipelines, forecasts, opportunities and conversion plans on a regular basis.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing customer accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of customer requirements and business commitments.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching
