Pre-Sales Executive – Digital Marketing & IT Services
Location: Hyderabad – In office
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who can understand client requirements and translate them into clear, professional proposals, presentations, and solution scopes.
You will work closely with the Sales, Digital Marketing, and Delivery teams to understand client objectives, identify the right services, prepare proposals and pitch decks, and support the sales team during client discussions.
Candidates from Digital Marketing, IT Services, IT Consulting, SaaS, Technology Services, Advertising, Media, or similar client-facing environments can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and project expectations through calls and discussions.
- Work with Sales teams to prepare proposals, pitch decks, quotations, SOWs, and presentations.
- Convert client requirements into an appropriate scope of services, deliverables, timelines,
and commercials.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Design, Development, and other delivery teams to finalize proposals.
- Support the Sales team during client presentations, discovery calls, requirement discussions, and negotiations.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, questionnaires, and proposal requests.
- Customize proposals based on the client's industry, target audience, objectives, and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain service decks, case studies, capability presentations, proposal templates, and sales collateral.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to estimate resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain a reusable library of proposals, presentations, case studies, and other pre-sales material.
- Stay updated with relevant digital marketing, technology, and industry trends.
