Industry Pharma / Medical Devices / Life Sciences

Experience 8–15+ years of overall experience, with strong experience in Project or Program Management.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to lead and manage cross-functional projects for global Pharma, Medical Device, and Life Sciences organizations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project/program delivery, including planning, execution, team management, stakeholder management, risk management, resource planning, governance, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget. Experience working in a regulated Pharma, MedTech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences workplace is preferred. Knowledge of regulatory and quality processes will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Project / Program Management
- Lead projects/programs from initiation through successful completion.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans,



schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
- Track project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and changes.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Team Management
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
- Coordinate resources across business, technology, engineering, quality, operations, and other functions.
- Assign responsibilities and ensure accountability across team members.
- Monitor team performance, workload, and delivery commitments.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and project discussions.
- Support team development, collaboration, and issue resolution.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business, technical, functional, and lead
