Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore, India. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers, managing lead pipelines, and building strong relationships with buyers for specialty coffee and tea products. The Sales Executive will conduct product presentations,



negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales in line with company targets and Direct Trade platform objectives. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with operations and logistics teams, maintaining accurate sales records, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires market research, participation in promotional activities, and continuous engagement with existing clients to strengthen long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Solid skills in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and account development in FMCG, food, or beverage sectors.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and prepare concise sales reports and forecasts.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English;
additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools, email platforms
