About the Role
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding. Recruit for technical and non-technical positions and hire across engineering, manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, sales and support functions. Build talent pipelines for critical and niche positions, partner with hiring managers and coordinate interviews, develop sourcing and headhunting strategies, promote employer branding initiatives, and support salary benchmarking and compensation discussions.
