The Vice President – Sales & Marketing will serve as a core strategic leader, responsible for conceptualizing and executing the overarching Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Distribution, and Business Developmen t vision across all properties and brand tiers.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is tasked with driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market share, elevating brand positioning,



and building high-performing Sales and Marketing Department.

Elevate direct digital reach and strengthen integrated marketing and brand positioning across luxury markets.
Optimize revenue management framework, distribution channels, RevPAR, ADR, and overall market share.
Cultivate strategic alliances, trade partnerships, and high-value corporate/MICE key accounts nationally and internationally.
Mentor and build a world-class, customer-centric sales and marketing structure across corporate and property levels.

Sales Leadership & Market Penetration
Formulate and execute pan-India and international sales strategies to achieve topline and profitability targets.
Lead high-value account acquisition across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Travel Trade, and OTA segments.
Establish sales governance, account mapping protocols, and strategic performance metrics.
