Position- US CPA – Real Estate Tax & Advisory Experience- 5+ years of relevant experience Certification US CPA – Mandatory Core Expertise US Tax + Real Estate Tax Employment Type- Full-Time | Immediate Joiner Preferred Shift timings- 6 PM- 3:30 AM Location India / Remote – supporting US-based clients About the Role We are looking for an experienced US CPA with solid expertise in US taxation and real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing US tax compliance, working directly with clients, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and providing practical tax planning and advisory support. The role requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership of client relationships, participating in client calls, understanding complex tax situations, and delivering high-quality tax work with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities US Tax Compliance & Filing Prepare and/or review US federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses. Handle tax compliance for US real estate clients and real estate-related entities .



Work with various entity structures, including LLCs, partnerships, S-Corporations and corporations. Review financial statements, trial balances and supporting schedules for tax preparation. Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings and compliance requirements. Research and resolve complex US tax issues. Tax Planning & Strategy Identify tax planning and tax-saving opportunities for clients. Assist clients with year-round tax planning and advisory rather than only compliance. Analyze the tax implications of real estate transactions, investments, entity structures and distributions. Develop practical tax strategies based on the client’s financial and business circumstances. Conduct tax research and communicate the implications and recommendations clearly to clients.
