Customer Support Agent
Location: Mumbai (Remote)
Manage and maintain lead data, allocation, referrals, and CRM updates.
Handle CRM-related issues by coordinating with the IT team.
Process refunds, program transfers, and ensure accurate backend documentation.
Support daily sales operations, maintain trackers, and drive process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
~ Must have experience in the Healthcare, Wellness, Fitness, or a closely related industry.
~1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success, CRM Administration, or Backend Operations.
~ Solid knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
