Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales and revenue through outbound and inbound calls. In this role, the specialist will engage prospective and existing clients,



present GTF’s services and award programs, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into successful registrations or partnerships. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs and CRM records, following up on leads, qualifying prospects, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to understand current campaigns and offerings, share customer feedback, and support promotional activities when needed. The role also involves providing clear product information, addressing customer concerns professionally, and representing GTF in a courteous and brand-aligned manner.
Qualifications
- Robust Sales skills, with experience in telesales or inside sales and a track record of meeting targets.
