About the Role
We're looking for a Brand and Visual Designer with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapid-paced startup environment, bring creative concepts to life across a range of media, and embrace AI-enabled ways of working.

You'll work across the full marketing and brand experience,



from campaign concepting and visual design to multimedia content development and production.

As part of a small, highly collaborative and globally distributed team, you'll have broad ownership and influence. One day you may be producing content for a patient engagement campaign, the next refining brand guidelines, animating a social asset, or reviewing copy for a partner brief.

What You'll Do
• Design high-quality marketing materials across print and digital formats, including presentations, one-pagers, social assets, email campaigns, and event collateral
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Develop and evolve branded templates for organization-wide use
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex healthcare topics into accessible content
• Produce and edit multimedia content for campaigns, social media, video, and partner-facing materials
