Orika is building a contemporary Indian food brand across spices, seasonings and current convenience-food categories. We’re looking for a leader who can shape how the brand looks, speaks and shows up across social, commerce and paid media—and take responsibility for how that work performs.
You will lead the creative, social media and performance marketing teams. You will also contribute to brand strategy through consumer insight, campaign thinking and product-launch propositions, working with the founders and, as the function develops, the Head of Brand & Marketing.
Creative direction: Set the standard for campaigns, content, films, photography, illustration, packaging communication and commerce assets. Own content strategy, creator partnerships, community, cultural relevance and the quality of engagement—not just posting frequency or follower counts.
Performance marketing: Lead paid-media planning and execution across relevant channels,



including creative testing, budget effectiveness, conversion and reporting. Turn performance insights into better ideas and stronger creative.
Brand contribution: Help translate consumer and category insights into positioning inputs, campaign platforms, launch briefs and a consistent Orika voice. Partner closely with brand, product and commerce teams, while the Head of Brand & Marketing retains overall brand-strategy ownership.
Build a capable internal team and a reliable network of external specialists. Proven experience building or scaling a D2C consumer brand , ideally in food, FMCG or an adjacent category.
A combination of agency and in-house brand experience is strongly preferred.
Strong creative judgment and a portfolio that shows original campaigns, social content and performance creatives—with evidence of what worked.
A sharp understanding of social behaviour and trends, illustration and visual techniques, and
