At Talk & Target, we’re looking for a Junior AI Creative Designer with a strong design foundation, a sharp visual eye, and hands-on experience with AI-driven creative production.

You’ll work closely with the creative team to develop visual ideas across campaigns, branding, social media, digital, and advertising while exploring how Generative AI can take creative execution to the next level.
This role is for someone who can think creatively, execute independently, and use AI as a creative partner not just as a tool.

What You’ll Do
Creative Direction & Concept Development
- Understand creative and marketing briefs and translate them into strong visual ideas.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions under the guidance of the senior creative team.
- Create mood boards, visual references, storyboards, layouts, and campaign prototypes.
- Develop creative ideas that balance visual appeal, storytelling, brand identity,



and communication objectives.
- Explore multiple visual routes and present relevant options to the team.
- Build visual systems that maintain consistency across different creative assets.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming, campaign development, and creative reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging visual trends, design styles, and creative formats.

AI-Driven Creative Production
- Use Generative AI tools to explore and produce creative concepts and visual assets.
- Create AI-generated images, product visuals, environments, characters, storyboards, and campaign prototypes.
- Experiment with AI tools for image, video, animation, audio, and 3D content.
- Develop effective prompts and understand how to control visual consistency, composition, lighting, styling, and mood.
- Work across the AI creative process from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, refinement, and final output.
