Working closely with the Head of Growth, you will orchestrate launch and always-on campaigns, align Brand and Growth teams, manage creative resources, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in compliance with healthcare advertising standards.



Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning and Execution Own campaign planning across product launches and always-on marketing initiatives Build campaign calendars and sequence timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and workstreams Coordinate large-scale campaigns across different markets Keep Brand and Growth teams aligned on campaign priorities and execution Track campaign progress and ensure timely delivery across all stages Creative and Stakeholder Management Manage the India-based creative team and coordinate campaign deliverables Work with internal creative teams and external partners to plan resources and develop assets Conduct weekly cross-functional campaign reviews Identify creative bottlenecks, dependencies, and launch risks before they affect timelines Communicate campaign status, priorities, and blockers clearly to stakeholders Compliance and Process Management Incorporate healthcare and pharmacy compliance requirements from the campaign-briefing stage Ensure campaigns align with applicable healthc
