is looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Social Media Head to lead the overall social media vision, strategy, audience growth, and execution across all platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of entertainment, celebrity, lifestyle, and digital culture trends, along with proven experience in scaling social media communities and driving user acquisition through innovative content strategies.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking,



leadership, platform expertise, content innovation, analytics, and execution management.

Develop and lead the overall social media strategy for Pinkvilla across platforms including Instagram, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn, reddit, App and emerging platforms.
Identify new opportunities, trends, formats, and platform features to drive audience growth and brand visibility.
Create short-term and long-term roadmaps for social media expansion and monetization opportunities.

Oversee end-to-end execution of all social media activities and campaigns.
Lead and manage the social media team including content planners, editors, designers, video teams, and platform managers.
Ensure timely publishing, optimization, and performance tracking of all social content.
Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and platform positioning.
