About the role The early years lay the foundation for concentration, independence, confidence, and a lifelong relationship with learning.
We are looking for educators who are calm, observant, patient, and genuinely interested in child development. Montessori training is preferred but not essential — we will train and mentor the right candidate.

Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly Montessori environment
Observe children closely and respond to their developmental needs
Present materials carefully and guide children towards independence
Support development across language, math, sensorial work, movement, practical life, and social-emotional growth




Collaborate with the team and continue developing your Montessori practice

Candidates with experience in preschool, Montessori, early years, or child-development settings
Professionals transitioning into education and committed to a long-term career with children

Bachelor’s degree
Robust English communication
Genuine interest in early childhood education
Openness to learning Montessori deeply
