Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Conduct project presentations,



site visits, and customer meetings to showcase project features and investment potential.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with channel partners and broker networks to generate and convert business opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, bookings, and follow-up activities in the prescribed formats and systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, booking documentation, and transaction processing.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
