Amazing. About the role The 1st Line IT Support Engineer is the
first point of contact for all technical issues, providing timely
support for hardware, software, and basic network-related problems.
You will work closely with end users, ensuring a positive support
experience while maintaining service levels and accurate
documentation of incidents. What you'll be doing: Act as the first
point of contact for technical enquiries, providing support via
phone, email, and remote support tools. Log, categorise, and triage
service desk tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely
resolution.



Perform password resets and manage user accounts within
Active Directory. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic
network connectivity issues. Escalate complex incidents to 2nd Line
Support teams where required. Configure and deploy workstations,
laptops, and printers for end users. Maintain accurate hardware and
asset inventory records. Ensure all incidents and requests are
resolved within agreed SLA timelines. What we're looking for Strong
communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
to non-technical users. Experience working with Microsoft 365
applications and administration. Good understanding of basic
networking concepts and protocols. Strong problem-solving skills
with a proactive approach to troubleshooting. Ability to manage
multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail. Ability
to work effectively within a fast-paced support environment.
