- RFQ & Inquiry Management: Promptly handle incoming Requests for Quotes (RFQs) received through multiple channels, including Email, WhatsApp, Call and live Chat Support. n
- Quotation Preparation: Understand diverse customer technical requirements to provide accurate product solutions, ensuring standard formats and rigorous quality guidelines are met. n
- Timeline Adherence: Prepare and share professional competitive quotations within strictly defined company timelines. n
- Lead Follow-up & Nurturing: Proactively follow up with international and domestic B2B customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into sales. n
- Order Processing: Generate accurate Quotation & Proforma Invoices (PI) immediately upon order confirmation and ensure compliance with standard company formats. n
- Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Logistics, Accounts, Procurement and Warehouse teams to verify stock availability, estimate delivery timelines, and ensure smooth order fulfilment. n




- Business Development Support: Arrange strategic client meetings and execute targeted cold calls to identify and acquire current business opportunities. n
- Commercial Negotiation: Confidently negotiate pricing, payment terms, and international delivery/logistics conditions with clients. n
- Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with global clients, serving as a reliable point of contact. n
- Issue Resolution: Professionally handle and resolve customer queries, technical doubts, and post-sales complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction. n
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain meticulous daily records, update sales logs, generate performance reports, and strictly adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). n
