Manage cross‑functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success and operational readiness. Provide project governance, maintain risk registers, ensure documentation quality, and deliver regular executive‑level status updates. Ensure alignment of implemented solutions with enterprise security standards, best practices, and regulatory/industry frameworks. Identify gaps in current security posture and drive corrective actions or enhancements through structured project execution.
