Aperol Global Private Limited is looking for a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager – Men’s Apparel to lead our next phase of B2 B growth.

This is not a conventional sales role.

We’re looking for an experienced apparel business builder who can open doors, build buyer relationships, negotiate commercially, and convert opportunities into profitable bulk orders.

What you’ll own:

• Build current B2 B business across India & international markets
• Acquire brands, buying houses, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, sourcing companies & corporate buyers
• Leverage your existing apparel-industry network to open high-value accounts
• Own the complete cycle — Prospecting → Buyer Meetings → Enquiry → Costing → Sampling → Quotation → Negotiation → Order Closure
• Drive bulk orders, repeat business and strategic accounts
• Build and manage a strong buyer & sales pipeline




• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while protecting margins
• Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, production & quality teams
• Represent the company at buyer meetings, exhibitions and sourcing events
• Drive domestic expansion and international/export business

Who we’re looking for:

10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably with 10+ years in apparel/garment industry .

Strong preference for professionals with experience in men’s apparel , including:

Shirts | T-Shirts | Polo T-Shirts | Denim | Jeans | Chinos | Trousers | Casualwear

You should have:
✅ Strong buyer & industry network
✅ Proven track record of generating confirmed bulk orders
✅ Strong understanding of garment manufacturing & costing
✅ Knowledge of fabrics, MOQ, margins, sampling, capacity & lead times
✅ Excellent negotiation and closing skills
✅ Strong relationships with senior buyers and decision-makers
✅ Ability to turn relationships into prof
