Essential responsibilities
- Monitoring and preparing Daily production report (DPR)
- Daily Production planning as per MPS
- Monitor and ensure delivery on time & Maintain Quality of the product
- Inventory management.
- Minimize downtime, rejection, and wastage
- Monitor & execute machine performance.(Reduction, carburizing, Ball mill, Dryer)
- Process monitoring & Supervision
- Data entries in ERP and MS Excel.
- Managing Job work
- Raw material Calculations.
- Grain size checking.
- Co-ordination with Press shop Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
- Manpower allocation & Training
- Maintaining discipline on shop floor
Education - Diploma /Degree in Mechanical/Chemical
Skills required - Supervisory, Communication
Knowledge/competencies required - ERP Proficiency (INFOR- Preferable), Decision-Making, Leadership, ISO-QMS/SMS
Experience- 2 to 5 years
