About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to support our sales and business development activities. Candidates with experience in specialty coffee beans, café operations, F&B;, hospitality, luxury, premium lifestyle brands, or related businesses will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with customers and have a genuine interest in coffee and café culture . The candidate must have basic barista skills and know how to prepare coffee . Advanced barista expertise is not mandatory, as the company will provide further training; however, candidates must have a basic practical understanding of coffee preparation and café operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, references, networking, and market visits.
- Develop business with cafés,



restaurants, hotels, offices, premium establishments, and other B2B customers.
- Promote and sell specialty coffee beans and related coffee products .
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Follow up regularly with leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and market visits as required.
- Coordinate with the operations and accounts teams for order processing, delivery, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
