The counsellor will be responsible for lead conversion, regular follow-ups, counselling and admission closure , while maintaining a professional and student-focused approach. Key Responsibilities 1. Student Counselling Counsel students and working professionals regarding available programmes. Understand the candidate's educational background, career goals and requirements. Explain programme structure, eligibility, duration, admission process and applicable fees. Provide accurate information about universities, programmes and documentation requirements.



Help candidates identify programmes appropriate to their stated academic and qualified objectives. Address student queries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels. 2. Lead Management Handle leads generated through website, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, calls, referrals and other channels . Make timely calls to new leads. Qualify leads based on programme interest, eligibility, location, experience and requirements. Maintain accurate lead status in the CRM. Ensure no qualified lead remains unattended. Follow up consistently with prospective students. 3. Admissions & Conversion Guide candidates through the complete admission journey. Explain application and documentation requirements. Coordinate with the admissions/operations team for application processing. Follow up until the candidate completes the required admission formalities. Maintain accurate records of applications, co
