About the Role We are looking for a results-driven

Performance Ads Specialist

to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in

Meta Ads and Google Ads , with a clear understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, tracking, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across

Meta Ads and Google Ads . Develop lead-generation strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives. Monitor key metrics such as

CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, and ROAS . Optimize campaigns based on audience, creatives, placements, keywords, and conversion data. Conduct

A/B testing

for creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign structures. Set up and monitor

Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking . Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.



Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies. Research audiences, competitors, keywords, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend. Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, account, and lead-flow-related issues.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience

in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising. Strong experience in

Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads . Experience in

lead generation campaigns , preferably for real estate, education, B2B, or other lead-driven businesses. Good understanding of

Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, remarketing, and audience targeting . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret campaign data and take optimization decisions independently. Good communication and reporting skills. Experience with
