About the Role
Propel is looking for an experienced and accomplished Group Registrar to lead academic administration, regulatory compliance, accreditation, governance, and institutional coordination across multiple colleges/campuses.
The ideal candidate will be a senior academic administrator with 15+ years of experience in higher education , with strong and demonstrable expertise in NAAC accreditation, UGC/AICTE compliance,



university liaison, academic governance, and multi-campus administration.
This is a strategic leadership position requiring close collaboration with institutional leadership, Principals, Deans, IQAC teams, faculty, universities, regulatory authorities, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Administration & Governance
Lead and oversee academic administration and governance across multiple colleges/campuses.
Develop, implement, and strengthen academic policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
Ensure adherence to academic regulations, institutional policies, and statutory requirements.
Work closely with Principals, Deans, Heads of Departments, faculty, and academic leadership.
Standardize academic administration processes and best practices across campuses.
Support senior leadership on academic planning, governance, and institutional decision-making.
