Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Regional Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations of a portfolio of hotels across the United States. This role requires strong hands-on accounting expertise, leadership capability, client-facing communication skills, and the ability to work effectively during overlapping U.S. Eastern Time hours. Key Responsibilities • Manage 5-8 hotel portfolios and monthly financial close • Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and bank reconciliations • Participate in owner and GM review calls alongside the VP of Operations, providing financial detail, context, and analysis as needed • Serve as secondary point of contact for property GMs on day-to-day financial questions and reporting matters, escalating to VP of Operations on owner-facing or sensitive matters • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in coordination with GMs and VP
