4. Job Description:
About the role




We are seeking an experienced India-based tax qualified with a US CPA and Big Four experience to lead end-to-end US tax production for a portfolio of more than 200 individual clients and approximately 40 business entities.

This is a senior, hands-on supervisory role. You will own the production workflow, supervise tax preparers, review work, personally handle complex matters, coordinate with clients, and ensure every engagement progresses from information gathering through successful filing and delivery.

You will also oversee the tax readiness of business-client bookkeeping and proactively identify tax-planning opportunities. Routine bookkeeping will be performed by designated bookkeeping staff. Excellent written and spoken English for professional US client communication, strong organizational skills, and reliability during peak filing periods are essential.
