commerce and go-to-market solutions.

Why This Role Exists
We are closing more new client partnerships than anticipated. With that growth comes a
clear priority: ensuring every new client receives a seamless onboarding experience
and a dedicated, strategic partner who genuinely understands their business. We are
not looking for someone to just send monthly check-in emails. We need a true owner of
client success—someone who can bridge the gap between our AI-driven capabilities




and our clients’ real-world revenue goals.

What You Will Do
● Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for a
dedicated book of B2B clients, guiding them from onboarding through ongoing
strategy and execution.
● Translate Strategy into Action: Work with clients to understand their go-to-market
goals, then collaborate with our internal delivery, AI, and creative teams to
activate campaigns (including signal-based outbound, inbound demand capture,
and conversion optimization).
● Monitor and Communicate Value: Track client health, campaign performance,
and pipeline growth. Present explicit, jargon-free updates that show exactly how
our work is impacting their bottom line.
● Anticipate Needs: Proactively identify risks or opportunities within client accounts
and adjust strategies before minor issues become major problems.
● Bridge the Gap: Act as the voice of the client internally
