Job Role: We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to build Luma‘s corporate channel from the ground up. You will be responsible for identifying the right organisations, building relationships with decision-makers, taking Luma‘s fertility offering into companies and institutions, and converting these partnerships into a meaningful source of patient acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pipeline of target companies, hospitals, healthcare organisations, insurers,



benefits platforms and corporate wellness partners.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across HR, Rewards & Benefits, People & Culture, Corporate Wellness and Admin teams.
- Drive the complete partnership cycle, prospecting, outreach, meetings, pitching, negotiations, closure and activation.
- Be highly field-oriented, with regular on-ground meetings, corporate visits, events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Create and execute corporate fertility awareness programmes, health talks and employee engagement initiatives to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Work closely with Marketing, Clinic and Operations teams to ensure smooth conversion of corporate leads into consultations and treatments.
- Track the corporate funnel end-to-end accounts → employees reached → leads → consultations → treatment conversions → revenue.
