Hiring: Production Support Analyst Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2 Years Employment Type: Full-time (Immediate Joiners Preferred) About the Role We are looking for a Production Support Analyst to monitor production applications, troubleshoot incidents, and provide L1/L2 application support. The role involves application monitoring, issue resolution, SQL-based troubleshooting, incident management, and coordination with technical teams. Key Responsibilities Monitor production applications, jobs, interfaces, and system processes. Provide L1/L2 application support and troubleshoot production incidents. Analyze application errors, logs, alerts, database issues, and failed batch jobs. Resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines. Create and track incidents, service requests, and problems using ticketing tools. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues. Coordinate with Development, QA, Database, Infrastructure, and Business teams. Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation. Monitor scheduled jobs, batch processes, reports, and data loads.



Validate application fixes and perform post-deployment verification. Maintain troubleshooting guides, support documentation, and knowledge articles. Participate in production deployments and post-deployment monitoring. Follow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Participate in on-call/shift support when required. Required Skills 1–2 years of experience in Production/Application Support. Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Application/server log analysis and troubleshooting.
