Role Description
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a full-time, work from home role. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth across two distinct commercial streams:
- Practitioner & Healthcare Partnerships: Onboarding lactation consultants, pediatricians, gynecologists,



and clinical dietitians to recommend Lactomagic to new mothers via practitioner-partner programs.
- B2B & Institutional Metabolic Health Sales: Pitching, onboarding, and scaling distribution for our metabolic wellness range (Berberine, Isabgol, and allied formulations) across B2B retail, pharmacy chains, independent medical stores, gyms/wellness centers, and corporate wellness channels catering to both male and female health.

Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, cold and warm outbound prospecting (calls, in-person meetings, and product demonstrations), closing distributor/practitioner agreements, dispatching practitioner sample kits, and negotiating commercial terms. The BDE will nurture key accounts, drive recurring reorders, maintain pipeline discipline in CRM tools, and coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure on-time delivery and client retention.
