Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients in India and international markets. Contact leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn. Introduce Gracia Marcom’s services clearly and confidently. Understand each prospect’s business, challenges and marketing priorities. Qualify leads based on their requirements, decision-making authority, budget, interest and timeline. Schedule qualified meetings for the business-development or leadership team.
