Job Purpose
We are looking for a Sales Planning & Development Sr. Manager/Manager to drive sales planning, demand forecasting, business analytics and S&OP; coordination. The role will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Production and Operations to improve business visibility, planning accuracy and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning
- Develop SKU-wise monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Analyse historical sales trends, seasonality, market trends, and business inputs to improve forecast accuracy.
