We are looking for a hybrid Brand Strategist & Content Writer to establish our unique brand voice, construct our digital footprint, and drive growth from the ground up.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, full-time role where strategic thinking meets creative execution. You will be responsible for defining how EZ Wellness shows up in the world from the macro branding plans to micro-level execution like Instagram creatives, product image conceptualization, and high-converting ad copy . If you have a passion for the wellness space and know how to tell a story that connects deeply with modern consumers, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lifestyle and wellness brand positioning framework .
- Define the core brand identity, including target persona alignment, voice, tone,



and competitive differentiators.
- Formulate a cohesive content ecosystem mapping back to core business targets (brand awareness, lead gen, community).

2. Copywriting & Content Creation
- Write compelling, high-converting copy across platforms: Instagram captions , static scripts, reels, and product detail descriptions.
- Craft concise, punchy hooks and body texts for paid brand advertisements (Meta/Google ads).
- Ensure all content aligns seamlessly with the EZ Wellness tone explicit, engaging, empathetic, and authoritative.

3. Social Media Visual Direction & Creatives
- Conceptualise aesthetic Instagram post layouts, carousels, and stories that stop users from scrolling.
- Maintain a pristine, cohesive grid aesthetic reflecting premium wellness trends.
- Stay up-to-date with viral wellness trends, audio formats, and community engagement tactics.
