Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned .NET + Python Backend Developer with over 5 years of engineering experience to join our core backend team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side systems that power Starzen digital ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between robust enterprise architecture (.NET) and agile automation, scripting, and AI workflows (Python) to drive innovation.

Core Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain productive, reusable, and reliable backend services using .NET/C# and Python framework components.
- API Architecture:



Develop and optimize high-throughput RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration between multiple systems and frontend platforms.
- Database Management: Write complex queries, optimize stored procedures, and manage relational database schemas using SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Automation & Scripting: Leverage Python to build automation scripts, data processing pipelines, and internal tools to speed up delivery operations.
- AI/ML Integration: Work on integrating cutting-edge AI/ML components and advanced algorithms into existing backend infrastructures.
- Code Quality & Maintenance: Implement data protection and cybersecurity best practices while identifying bottlenecks and debugging system glitches.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional global teams in India and Qatar to translate strategic business requirements into scalable technology products.
