Kāli is building a global luxury house from India.

Our first collection brings together Italian nappa leather, sculptural brass, jewellery techniques and Indian metalcraft. The house has been built through years of field research, product development and close work with artisans, engineers and master makers across India.

The foundations are in place. The next chapter is commercial.

This role will shape how Kāli enters international markets, which retailers and collectors discover the house first, how private-client relationships are built, and how the commercial organisation develops over time.
You may currently work in luxury fashion, handbags, accessories, jewellery, watches, high-end retail, private clients, hospitality, real estate or another field where trust, judgement and relationships drive business.

You are senior enough to bring judgement and relationships,



while remaining close enough to the work to make the calls, carry the samples, follow up and close.

International wholesale and distribution
Private-client and collector development
Trunk shows, appointments and commercial events
Pricing, sales planning and channel strategy
Investor conversations and commercial diligence
Building the commercial team as the house grows

It will suit someone who wants meaningful ownership, direct access to the founder and the opportunity to influence the architecture of a luxury house while its most important commercial decisions are still being made.

The house has a distinctive product language, protected design codes, deep craft capability and a clear international ambition.
