As we scale our enterprise business, we’re looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales to build and lead our enterprise revenue engine.

The Role
As the Head of Enterprise Sales , you will own the enterprise sales function end-to-end — from strategy and pipeline creation to closing large, strategic accounts and building a high-performing sales team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys selling complex solutions, engaging senior stakeholders, and building enterprise relationships from the ground up.

What You'll Own
- Build and execute the enterprise sales strategy across key industries and accounts.
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.




- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities .
- Develop relationships with CXOs, CMOs, business heads, marketing leaders, and other senior decision-makers.
- Identify recent enterprise use cases and expand TrueFan AI's footprint within existing accounts.
- Build strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships that accelerate revenue growth.
- Lead enterprise proposals, commercial negotiations, and large deal closures.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to convert customer needs into scalable solutions.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Establish sales processes, forecasting mechanisms, account plans, and revenue metrics.
- Represent TrueFan AI at industry events, client meetings, and strategic business discussions.

What We're Looking For
- 8–14+ years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales, preferably selling technology, SaaS, AI, MarTech, AdTe
